TVNEXT Player

The TVNEXT PLAYER is a high-performance software solution for integrating on demand video content into web platforms. The player is easy to configure and can either be provided with a media asset management system or can be incorporated into any content management system. Besides the standard operating elements (play, stop, skip, volume control, etc.), full-screen mode and various information, promotional and interaction elements are also available. The TVNEXT Player can be expanded using multiple interactive functions. The configuration options depend on the system requirements on the client side. The Player is available as an Adobe Flash, Microsoft Silverlight or HTML5 version.

TVNEXT Studio

Besides the player element, TVNEXT Studio contains a broadcast scheduling tool and a license-free media asset and content management system, plus interfaces for all the common CMS solutions. The studio package also offers sophisticated community features and functions to provide a truly interactive TV experience. User interaction, context-related content, advertising and store merchandise can be synchronized with the schedule on the browser-based administration interface along with the timeline-based video control. The scheduler generates the data for the electronic programming guide (EPG) and also generates messages via email, SMS or MMS, etc. to remind the users of specific broadcasts.

TVNEXT Studio Advanced

TVNEXT Studio Advanced enables live broadcasts and pay-per-view to be seamlessly integrated into the continuous 24/7 schedule. Transmissions are controlled in real time using the proprietary “Director” software component. This works in the same way as the traditional vision mixer used in conventional television technology, and forms part of the browser-based TVNEXT interface. Pre-produced broadcast elements from the CMS can be incorporated into the Director, which moderates live chat and user comments that can be shared or forwarded to the moderators in the studio enabling viewers to have a direct influence on the course of the broadcast. You can also use an innovative form of online video advertising with TVNEXT Studio Advanced, and implement user-related business models such as pay-per-view .

TVNEXT Studio Broadcast

As an add-on to TVNEXT Studio, the broadcast component enables the transmission of linear broadcast signals for conventional television, e.g. via set-top box. The authorized video data and live transmissions are thereby converted into a packaged signal that can integrate interactive elements. The broadcast signal generated can be also be used for mobile TV and digital television and for output via satellite.
